Spoke to the Dr only a day after i requested an appointment. Very helpful on the callback service. Couldn't ask for more.

Extreme difficulty trying to get a telephone appointment (not even an in person appointment). Doctor phoned once which I missed the call and was never phoned back. Asked reception and was told they don’t call back so I lose the appointment. Never has this been the case or stated to me before. Been trying to get an appointment for 3 days. Reception responded ‘well you must have had very good doctors previously then’ when explaining the difficulty in trying to get an appointment and only having 1 opportunity to be telephoned before losing the appointment.

I was never able to get an appointment with the doctor in the past 5 months, not that only but the receptionist was very very rude and hostile.

Very helpful and informative. I got my problem solved promptly. The doctor listened to all my questions and gave me the optimal solution for my case. I felt better

Whenever I called the surgery, whoever the receptionist was, the person always sounded impatient and angry. It wasn't that my problems were not solved. I had a medical condition of anxiety. Yet, they always spoke with an impolite attitude even while I was still talking. I could not figure out that was about my foreign identity or that they just do that to everybody.

I have been patient with cws for over 25 years.l have always experienced due care and attention during that time. I have experienced serious health issues, again always given due care and attention and put on the right pathway leading me to excellent care by the NHS. Doctors have had to cope with unprecedented problems not seen for a century.Review Boards can at times be negative, let's have more gratitude and positivity towards our Doctors and the NHS. To me at times reviews seem to be a tool for complaints.

Had my smear test this morning at the practice and the nurse was wonderful. She took time to explain the process and what the test checks for, how long the results might take, and what follow up there could be. She was calm, kind and incredibly professional. Complete opposite of my last experience which was a little traumatic - this was a very positive experience. Go get your smear test done!!

Finally got an appointment despite calling at times stated Waited for my appointment with no call made by GP within that time frame , called as it passed my appointment time, Surgery is closed called up the next working day receptionist states GP notes state call was made It’s the lies that annoy me, very unprofessional

Dear patient: Thank you for your comments on our NHS webpage. I can assure you that the GPs make all the calls to patients in their respective clinical sessions. There are occasions where they are unable to contact that patient due to the phone being busy, voicemail, phone engaged etc. In such cases, the GP tries a few more times after which if they are still unable to speak to the patient, they make the necessary entry into patient notes.
