The staff are unprofessional, poor service doesn’t help the patient They ask me to register online . I did it online for my self my wife and my daughter. My new born daughter doesn’t get registered I ask for appointment but the don’t help me and the baby is crying a lot

I would not recommend this doctors surgery. Firstly reception staff are rude and very unhelpful. I had to raise a formal complaint with them and I barely got an apology. Secondly I asked for a referral 6 weeks post op as I knew something was wrong and my GP said you have to wait for 6months before I will refer you. I waited the 6 months all whilst my condition worsened and finally got the referral through at 8months post op. As soon as I saw the consultant I was referred to they were shocked that the GP made me wait as now I have further complications that will be for life. If you can avoid it I would say do not go here. The whole experience of Figges Marsh Surgery is awful from the rude staff, bad practice and the state of the building is awful smelly and unclean.
