    I called the gp today and the receptionist was very rude and nosey, I was calling to book an appointment for my 12 week old son and his breathing and I was told that his breathing is not an urgent matter and that it can wait for the next appointment which is in 2 weeks time, it’s absolutely ridiculous! She was trying to say what it could be and all for I know she is a receptionist not a doctor! I am very very unhappy with the experience I have had today!

    Dear Patient, I am very sorry to hear that you were not happy with the service provided by the practice. Our team answering the telephones are Care Navigators and have had training to enable them to signpost patients to appropriate services. Unfortunately we only have have a limited daily emergency capacity and when this is reached to remain safe, and provide the best service for our patients we do sometimes have to signpost to alternative NHS resources. I am very sorry that you were not happy on this occasion. If you would like to contact me directly I would be more than happy to investigate your direct concerns further.     Telephone staff gives misinformation about the timing after checking in the system so I had to go through again the booking process and they don’t care about it. very poor service by the staff not showing interest on the patients concern.

    This GP has very rude staff. Called regarding an issue with my foot, in which a concerning growth was getting larger and was accompanied by pain. Eventually the GP arranged a phone appointment (inappropriate as you need to visually inspect the affected area). Was told to send images to the doctor via a snail address that was alledgly on their website which it was not. Called again to get the email only to be given an incorrect email. Doctor asked me to remind them in case they forget in 2 weeks time. Very dismissive. I would not recommend this GP.

    I am a new patient, and have had a great experience so far. I reported a health concern on Jan 4th, within 3 weeks I have had blood tests, follow up appointment in person, and a referral to a hospital appointment. The GP in person appointment lasted over 20 mins, and the doctor listened to a few different concerns. Highly recommend.

    Very disappointing experience after the phone appointment. Doctor was showing No patient and care. GP didn’t follow up and help. Appointment on Wed asking help for hurted arm and swelling finger, photos sent on Wed & Thu with no reply. Called GP on Fri morning and being ask to call after 2 pm and try if there are space afternoon. Pain extended to hand and cannot sleep whole nights of Thu and Fri. Eventually, as recommended by pharmacy, called 111 for help, and kindly arranged face to face appointment on Sunday for appropriated prescription and help by another GP.
