  1. Review titled Excellent Service

Rated 5 stars out of 5

My recent experience makes me wonder why the NHS cops such bad press. I found it easy to make my initial appointment, the Doctor I saw was extremely thorough, and I was not rushed. The Doctor helped get to the root of the problem swiftly albeit this required more than one consultation but again was done expeditiously and I truly believe this was because the Doctor I saw had the interests in my wellbeing as their primary concern.

  2. Review titled No, thanks

Rated 1 star out of 5

Receptionist could not find me on the system at first so the checking in took some time. The Dr saw me 1 hour late, he did not offer any apology. He visited me without washing his hands first and just told me it is a viral infection. I then had to ask "so what do i do? Do i take merds? Am i contagious" and so on, otherwise the dr would have happily ended the appointment after 5 mins only. Lack of care and empathy, I work in healthcare so I know what to expect at appointments. I won't be back and I do not recommend this GP.

  3. Review titled Phone lines

Rated 1 star out of 5

I have been trying for days to get through to the surgery. Each time I wait for the option for reception the automated response tells me it is unable to transfer me. I am in crisis with a medical condition and now in a position where I cannot get hold of a GP. Disgusting service

  4. Review titled Telephone issues

Rated 3 stars out of 5

The surgery lists on its website that it closes at 6.30. I tried to phone at 6 p.m. The recorded message says that the surgery is open until 6.30. Then it says that "the surgery is now closed". What is the truth? Most annoying.

  5. Review titled Great support in time of need!

Rated 5 stars out of 5

I couldn't have asked for better. Contact with my GP and Reception Staff over several days was quick efficient but most of all very supportive. I am so grateful for the NHS.

  6. Review titled Good start with a new practice

Rated 4 stars out of 5

by Hazel Axford - Posted on 28 October 2022

Having recently transferred to the practice, due to closure of my prev one of 40 yrs standing. Yes, the practice is very, very. busy, having taken on many more patients recently, who, similarly to myself needed to transfer. My first impressions so far have been extremely positive.. In spite of being incredibly busy, on two visits this week, reception staff were nothing short of helpful, obliging and efficient, and my first appointment today wasn't at all rushed. My clinician was helpful, knowledgeable and friendly, with full details of my medical history to hand.on screen..any misgivings I had about changing surgery after so many years, have been quashed ...
