I’ve recently had a fall and sustained a small fracture. Throughout the whole experience the staff have been extremely supportive and efficient. From the Receptionist reading my footfall message and - booking me in for an emergency call. Organising an X Ray - Dr calling me with results. The whole team have been really helpful. Highly recommend this GP Surgery.

Friendly good run practice. I have been with the practice for several years and over the past couple of years the service has greatly improved.

I initially rang 111 the person I spoke said they would arrange an appt at my surgery . I was phoned back 15 mins later and an appt was made for 12pm. The doctor who saw me was very thorough she checked my ears, blood and oxygen levels all ok, as my heartbeat was slightly high an ECG was arranged immediately. She was efficient and caring throughout with a very pleasant reassuring manner. The Nurse who carried out the ECG was always very efficient and pleasant and explained the procedure to me. I then waited and saw the doctor later who said she felt there was no cause for concern but to come back for a follow up appointment in a few weeks. I was extremely impressed by my visit today and wish to thank the people concerned.

Ear irrigation ,the nurse was very patient and welcome. She was very patient and professional and took out the wax from my ear. I'm more likely to invite more people to go to manor drive medical centre.

Following a change in my symptoms the practice staff and doctor pulled out all the stops to provided an excellent service to enable an urgent appointment and tests to be carried out. The doctor responded as soon as the results were available to him and telephoned me at home advising an immediate visit to A&E. Following his advice I was admitted for overnight observation in A&E and then transferred to the cardiac unit at St Georges. Treatment was then undertaken and a stent fitted and after a short stay I was discharged home. The excellent service provided at the practice resulted in life saving treatment for which I am eternally grateful and cannot praise their diligence, kindness and help enough.

During a consultation with my GP to discuss the result of a blood pressure test I mentioned my concern over becoming increasingly forgetful, and at what point this might indicate the onset of a more serious condition. My GP asked me to book in for an investigation of the problem with the practice nurse. This took place at the arranged time (no waiting!) 11 days later. It was conducted with sympathy, understanding and a thoroughness which I found impressive and reassuring. The verdict was that I had nothing to worry about, though there are steps I could take to help counter some of the (minor) failings I was reporting. The session lasted for half-an-hour. It was time well spent.

The receptionists are always very helpful, and extremely efficient. The nurse who takes the blood tests is incredibly quick !! She calms you and is reassuring which is excellent. The Doctors are very professional, and take time to listen to any worries about your health. The whole practise is well organised and is run with excellent staff.

Staff are incredibly polite, professional & helpful, it's always a pleasure speaking to them. Easy to get appointments when you need them. Doctors are good. Outstanding and other surgeries should take lessons from Manor Drive Medical.

I recently had a sudden problem with my eye which caused me concern. I went to the practice and was immediately given attention by the helpful receptionist who emailed a doctor and I was seen and reassured by him within 20 minutes. Unlike local friends at other surgeries, my husband and I have always found the doctors, Practice nurse and receptionists very approachable and willing to see patients face to face or respond quickly if a telephone conversation is appropriate.

One of the practice nurses efficiently gave me an annual flu jab and cleared my ears of wax on a single visit. Good still to be hearing birds singing clearly on a Boxing Day walk!
