I received a booking for my combined covid and flu jab weeks before friends at other practices. When I attended all of the staff were very friendly and the process was very efficient. Gold star.

I came in to review my blood test results after two periods of dizzy type symptoms and was able to discuss different aspects of this, and ask several questions that were on my mind. While the GP was extremely pleasant, she was clear both in her approach and advice and together we made a sensible plan for the next 3 months. I very much appreciated this approach.

Have had some health issues lately needing blood tests..physio appointment..scans..face to face and telephone doc appointments and everyone I've dealt with at Claremont from receptionists to docs are friendly caring professionals..glad to be with this lovely practice..thank you.

I was worried about my kidney problems.The GP referred me to a specialist. I have been under his care.The GP rings me to discuss my latest blood test results regularly .An excellent team of Doctors,Nurses,Admin Staff,Receptionists look after and care for me ( 92 year old)

I completed an online form in the morning about back pain, received a response at midday, and had a phone appointment with the in-house physio by early afternoon! She was lovely & efficient, I now have treatment exercises to do. All sorted in one day, amazing!!

During the last year, sadly for me, I have needed frequent help for appointments with GPs, both telephone and face-to-face. I have been incredibly thankful for the immediate requests for scans, blood tests and consultant appointments and thanks to Kingston Hospital, most of these came through in reasonable time. At Claremont - every GP I have dealt with have listened to me and when requested have spent time explaining the facts and results of scans and tests. It makes such a difference. We all know the pressure that the NHS and our local GPs have been under over the past couple of years but I cannot praise Claremont enough for the way they have continued to give an excellent service. I have always been treated with respect by the GPs, reception staff and nurses and I thank you all.
