I booked an important telephone appointment one week ago for today, anytime between 2pm-6pm with the Social Prescriber as I need urgent support to overcome my ongoing housing problem. I have now been waiting 4 hours for the call that never came. This is unacceptable!

I have been absolutely blown away by how good this practice has been to me as a patient. Whether it was the quick responses via messages, to arranging me an appointment quickly, or addressing my issues in a helpful and timely way, I could not be more impressed. I even found that all the reception staff were incredibly helpful and professional, and the entire service felt very modern (in terms of using technology) and smooth. I felt like it gave me a very good outcome, and did so in a way that felt seamless.

I can't recommend the Churchill practice enough. No waiting on the phone to get an appointment, barely any way for an appointment- finding us options in their two other practices if they don't have space in our local (especially with an under 2, when we get seen within a day), all staff have been great, communication is great, they even do follow up calls after referring on to the hospital to check in on the outcome which makes you feel they care. They always take the patient's concerns seriously, especially parents, I have never felt dismissed or made to feel silly for asking. I recommended the practice to a friend who has thanked me multiple times since for the recommendation because she's had such a good experience with Churchill - head and shoulders above her old practice.

My husband and I have both had various medical issues recently and yet again we have been very impressed with the service offered by this well run practice. The doctors are all thorough and kind, referring us on for tests and to consultants promptly where necessary. We feel very lucky to be registered here, thank you!

I visited the Doctor as I was worried about a symptom. After talking it over with her, and Doctor examining me, my mind was put to rest that everything was ok. The Doctor was very nice with a charming manner. Thank you!

I'm extremely happy and relieved to be part of this practice. Whenever my family or I need urgent help and attention, they respond within one hour and manage to get us access to a GP on the same day. Doctors are always gentle and caring. I couldn't recommend it enough!

I just wanted to say a massive thank you to the wonderful reception staff who dealt with my blood test and prescription query last Friday (14.10.22) and particularly the amazing staff member who went above and beyond in managing an urgent appointment issue today (Monday 17.10.22). I am so very thankful and appreciative of such altruistic actions. Seriously well done and keep up the good work! Thank you for all that you do.

GP practice has provided amazing service throughout since i have registered here . They are efficient, professional and listen and act accordingly. Been so happy and feel like they are doing their job properly rather than just getting money from government. The best choice of my GP so far after Fairhill medical practice which is the worse is the worse in the borough

I have recently visited Churchill. The online booking system is very convenient and easy to use. I was seen by a very pleasant GP who took my concerns seriously and ordered some tests. She encouraged me to ask to see her to follow up the test results which I did, I requested through online system again. On the follow up she was also very helpful and listened to symptoms and further tests were organised promptly. It was great to have the continuity. There was clear communication in between appointments about next steps which was reassuring. Overall excellent experience and would recommend.

I want to thank the Doctors, Nurses and Staff at the practice. They have been very professional and accommodating whenever I have been in touch with the practice.
