Review titled terrible receptionist attitude
Rated 3 stars out of 5
by Anonymous - Posted on 15 December 2023
Receptionists have always acted like its a chore to do their role. Today when making an enquiry the receptionist has offered no help. a text saying your no longer in the catchment area and that's it. calling up was no more help. Calling up last month for test results was also met with the same sort of loathing attitude as every other time I call.

Review titled Great Doctors - Receptionists need training
Rated 3 stars out of 5
by Jeff Weekes - Posted on 20 October 2022
Came back from Emergency Day Care and called them as the Consultant and Nurse Practitioner said to make an appointment with GP by Wednesday. Immediate response cannot do it call on Wednesday for emergency appointment (which may not be available) - it is amazing that Receptionists have such control over things. Asked to speak to the Practice Manager conveniently not there - available on Monday! You cannot message a GP as in other Surgeries as they do not allow it. I will admit you have to be quite insistent to get a response. Dear Doctors your reputation is at stake operating like this.
