I phoned as I am working away from home and needed antibiotics prescribing and sent to the city I’m working in. The receptionist explained the procedure politely and said yes everything I was requesting was possible. 15 minutes later a GP phoned, diagnosed what was wrong and prescribed antibiotics. Everything worked perfectly and both the receptionist and GP couldn’t have been more efficient. A really positive experience.

Had a blood test for a suspected dvt. Doctor phoned me in the evening and left a vm asking me to call him to discuss test results. No number left for me to call back on. Rang 111 who told me that the test was never carried out, mistake was made on the form. Went back to surgery for another blood test. Was called by GP the following day to say the nurse hadn't taken enough blood. Had to go back again to have blood taken. Doctor phoned me on Friday night to say I had test positive for a suspected dvt and was prescribing heparin injection and was unable to book me in for a scan until Monday. Today, Saturday, tried 8 pharmacies, none of them stock heparin injections. I have just been left like this and dvt is a very serious condiiton to have - life threatening.

I’ve been registered with this practice now for over 37 years with the same Doctor who always as the time and patience to listen to what I have to say never rushed even if it’s a home call so very professional and polite I would like to thank all the receptionist who are all very well trained and very professional they are all a credit to the surgery And the surgery nurses For there care and professionalism What a team Leeds

A very professional and caring practice. The receptionists are patient and polite at all times. Appointments are available at reasonable time intervals. GPs are knowlegeable and display very good "bedside manners". Practice nurses are professional and supportive.

My dad is 83 years and had a triple by-pass a few years ago. Since then, he had a rectal bleed due to ulcers and we went back again recently due to unexplained weight loss and breathlessness. My dad has been given amazing care and kindness by every GP. Even when calling to get an appointment, the reception staff are respectful and speak with kindness. My dad was referred to the specialist ACE Unit and we await further referral to the Respiratory Team. At a time when people cannot get to see their GP or get appointments, we are immensely thankful to this practice and their expertise, professionalism and ongoing efforts to help when we need it.
