Visited the Doctor this morning, always friendly polite looks at you and does his best to help you. This Doctor not been here long but I do hope he stays at this practise. Reception staff helpful and friendly, others practises your waiting weeks for appointment I rang this morning, got to see my Doctor. Can't fault this place it's brilliant.

a few year ago i had a breakdown due to childhood trauma and stuff i saw from my job. i saw the same doctor from start to finish and the continuation of care helped my improvement back to health.

Voice recording greeting suggests making online appointment, however after several wasted minutes, this is not possible. After many frustrating attempts, I rang reception and booked appointment with a lovely, helpful receptionist who explained that the online service isn't working. Would be extremely helpful if the recorded welcome voicemail could be amended to say either that the online booking is out of service, or just omit it from the welcome message altogether.

I know tel calls take too long to answer but when you get through it's all great. Seeing a nurse a doctor is not a long wait but it's a wonderful experience.

Had a telephone consultation with a GP, I have an ongoing issue which was dealt with without me having to attend the surgery , which can prove difficult due to my working hours . Speedy process , well done especially with all the negativity within the NHS at the moment.

The staff were polite empathetic friendly patient and very tolerant they went the extra mile to contact the professional bodies necessary for help with my condition and situation I am extremely grateful to the staff and will recommend them to anyone who has not registered to register with them

1. Cannot speak to a DR unless you phone at 8am in the morning. 2. Prescriptions take 3 days when requested by email - these are signed for between 5.30-6.00pm (most chemists are shut by then) so you cannot get pain relief on the day unless calling at 8am. 3. If you miss a phone call from DR, there is no way of calling them back, you get redirected to receptionists and have to wait again. 4. I have been trying to speak to a DR for over a week and its impossible without ringing at 8am.
