The nurse I saw, apologies for not remembering her name but it begins with K, she made me feel at ease, friendly, knowledgeable and professional. I would definitely recommend her to my friends and family

Thank you to the nurse that did my blood test last week and referred me to another nurse regarding something else they were both fantastic and are the only people I’d like to see from now on. Very understanding and compassionate I appreciate you for changing my outlook on that particular thing nurse 2 and if it wasn’t for nurse 1 I would have thought that’s the pain your supposed to go through to get it done. Thanks again!

Very efficient, competent, caring and I cant fault the practise. Was able to get an appointment face to face and follow up call from the pharmacist was on time and very supportive. Also have received e follow up information from GP and an electronic prescription which I showed to the local pharmacist and medication ordered.

The staff make you feel welcome and cared for on the phone or In the surgery They will always try to help in whatever way they can they will also sign post you if they are unable to help at the time you call.

I had minor surgery on my knee at this Practice. The Dr who performed this was so thoughtful and did a very small incision which is healed very well and with time the scar will disappear! Great reassuance and so much empathy by this Dr who actually listens to you! Great staff and Nurses too..

I did have an appointment with a nurse . She was so lovely, professional and patient. I was nervous at the beginning of my appointment, but with her, I felt less nervous.This was the best experience. Thank you

I have been registered at this GP for many years and have highly recommended it to friends and family who have moved into the area. I have recently given birth and have found the level of care exceptional, from my pregnancy right through to this present day. Everytime I have brought my baby into the surgery with a concern, the doctors have been extremely thorough in their care, which includes making fast referrals to specialists (when needed) to be sure about the issue presented. They have always been gentle and kind when handling my baby, which I cannot say was the case during our hospital stay. My whole family have always appreciated the doctors here and received efficient care for our needs. The reception staff are also welcoming, friendly and very efficient at what they do.

I work full-time and it is very difficult to book appointments. You can only get a telephone appointment if you call at 8am and if a few minutes late it is difficult to get through! Why has the surgery not opened up online appointments when everything is getting back to normal?

I was having health problems and explained my symptoms. The GPs did not dismiss my views. They sent me for further specialist tests immediately which revealed I had more serious health conditions. I am so grateful for the support I received and for the GPs always ringing me back promptly to follow up my concerns. I also found the reception staff helpful and friendly which felt supportive when I was feeling distressed and in pain.

Had my bloods taken today, it’s the first time I’ve ever where I’ve not felt the syringe needle go in to my arm, in the past I felt a pain with every syringe needle, this time not a thing. The lady that did my bloods was very pleasant and friendly, she was knowledgeable and very efficient, with some helpful advice and took my bloods without me feeling the needle.
