This is an excellent GP practice. The facilities are clean. The GPs and nurses I have seen are always practical, sensible and compassionate. The receptionists have always been helpful and friendly and I can only try to understand how hard this job must be at this present time. . I am so grateful we have free access to a service like this. It can be a long wait to get an appointment with a GP, but this is a wider problem with funding for the NHS

Absolutely preposterous and still acting like they are in the pandemic and in covid lockdown 3 now, they hectically rely on covid and pre measures, I have friends and family who are with different doctors surgery and still get face to face appointment- I am being honestly transparent, they have this ridiculous phone system ''oh sorry your time is up'' or ''oh sorry only have 15mins slot to book a call with a doctor'' when you finally get to speak dr oh my gosh, they say they have appointment the following month, they don't even see walk ins or want you to come, they are always empty or 1 person only waiting thats how surreal it is. I went for my appointment to be waited 25 mins on my own as they were dealing with telephone clients but if we are late we lose the opportunity, to express I think it's hypocritical. I use to love this surgery think before covid it was one of the best surgeries ever.
