Having experienced severe toothache over last weekend, I was able to be seen by my dentist on Mon 15th May. I received first class advice as to the ways to rectify my problem and would have no hesitation in recommending this surgery.

I find the doctors to be very helpful, and always make time to see our daughter the same day if urgent. The staff are generally nice, and accommodate any urgent requests.

there are several issues wrong with this surgery: - understaffed and for some reason still trying to get more patients - no appointments for their current patients - use paramedics to see you, which means the paramedic walks out frequently to check with gps! - never get an appointment with senior gps. - reception staff are rude and show no compassion - frequently sent to a&e, and staff says there are no drs in the surgery, especially, afternoons - you may have your appointment cancelled if there are too busy. I don't recommend this surgery

I moved to the area and needed a new doctor, the reception staff seem to invent new policies and procedures at the drop of a hat. Doctors prescribe you anything to get you out the door without making sure its right for you, that's if you can get an appointment. Definitely not hidden disability friendly. When you complain they never bother to address it with you and just ignore you. I will be taking my complaint further as a result. Do yourself a favour and register elsewhere

Impossible to get an appointment with my own GP. Unknown to me the appointment I was given was for a paramedic and not a fully qualified doctor. Had to make another appointment as I was told I had too many ailments for the allocated time. Could not get an appointment for my GP at all. Was not even offered one. Have to wait a month. Middle aged with a family history of middle aged cancer so think I should be seeing my GP for consistent thorough checks. Have made it known to my GP and receptionist that I was misdiagnosed by a locum which caused pain and distress. Despite this I am still finding it impossible to see my GP. In fact it has become worse as my appointments are now with an unqualified member of staff.
