The doctors, nurses and all staff at the Brow have been part of saving my life. After 5 years of massive life threatening mental health challenges, I can finally say that I'm recovering very well. The communication from the doctors especially has been outstanding! The receptionists are king and efficient and the nurses are friendly and effective in my experience. Thank you all!!

This 12 week course was so rewarding for my general wellness both physically and mentally.I lost 16 kilos in the 12 weeks.I can now walk anywhere without feeling tired.I am more mindful of what choices of food to eat.
