I saw a lovely locum doctor about something that had been worrying me at the Arthur Griffith Clinic in Rose Green. She was totally amazing, so thorough and kind and supportive. I could not have asked for a more professional and personable person. She made me feel listened to straight away.

9.00am call for a consultation answered in four minutes. Care Navigator(!) arranged nurse consultation next day. 30 minutes later a call from a Cn to say doctor had asked for a nurse to see me that afternoon.. Kind, cheerful and skilful care effected, with appointment to return for review in three days. Very reassuring: the Nhs is hauling itself up off its poor knees. Thank you.
