    I went for a dermatology appointment due to my severe skin condition which effects my quality of life, I attended the appointment and upon being called into the room I was greeted by a doctor who then introduced the other doctor who would be sitting in. The doctor was on their phone and quickly scurried it away when I greeted the doctor. I felt a lack of care and compassion and felt the appointment was rushed. I was sent to book in my own blood tests before starting medication. Lack of efficiency, could this not of been done prior to my appointment? I now have to wait a week for my blood test and then most likely 2-3 weeks before my results and then I can start my medication; which takes 1-3 months to work. Overall a disappointing experience and now I have to wait ages with pain and suffering. Thanks

    I had to visit the Bognor hospital for an incident that happened to me. I had high blood pressure and needed to visit the doctors. They phoned me up the same day, but I felt to rough to go in for a blood pressure test that day. I went the following day, and the lady on reception left her desk and helped me have my pressure test. Many thanks

    Unable to book a phone or face to face appointment for over a month to discuss test results that they requested I make. But you can call up everyday to see if you can get an appointment quicker. From reading the website. They have three full time doctors and up to six part time. I feel this is clearly not the right amount for the level of patients at the surgery.

    Had a talk from a very nice Diabetic Sister about the results of my recent Blood Test. She gave me one result which pleased her and myself which was on Biliruben as I have Gilberts Syndrome. The rest of the Blood Test she was concerned about must have Haemaglobin but she did not tell me the results but I needed to go go more tablets which I presumed to get the results down, asked if they were high because many years ago I was advised that as I got older I might need to have Insulin. This seems to be a fight on my part at 77years and instead they have upped the tablets instead of ones suggested, I helped out with the solution as I have awful trouble as a backlash of Metformin and enjoying life which I explained. So phoned today Monday 18th March to see if I could have the results of the blood test but they cannot give them. Years ago you were able to have a typed result but now you cannot. So I will not take the new tablets and it might have depremental results of living a better life. So will have to take the Metformin and Omeprazole tablets only as I know myself not to mix them. Have also a Sliding Hiatus Hernia. I have to add the Diabetic Sister was so helpful and kind, but the Pharmacist was informed of my problems some years ago and should not have directed the Sister in this way as even then when I spoke to the Pharmacist she suggested I did not have Insulin as it would be a problem whether it will not I shall not know I do know however the costing to the practice would probably be more.

    I order my prescriptions through Boots twice , all in good time and both times my prescription has been rejected. I have totally ran out of Sertraline, I have made a complaint about this terrible surgery and making moves to changing to a compentent surgery nearer to me.

    Have an appointment to see a Doctor in August but find out it is an Diabetic Appointment. Firstly told to attend by text to the surgery then when I did was told that this appointment was a phone call. So they made another appointment to be seen in Surgery for August. I get very frustrated like all these other people and there seems no way forward so that you can get an apointment next day. Other GP Practices in Bognor Regis however to offer next day appointments this is our Health the surgery is dealing with but not a caring practice. You cannot refer yourself for tests if you need them without a GP. That is why I think people go to the local hospital because they are desperate, which no wonder Junior Doctors go on strike and hospital beds ae so full.

    Dam in ridiculous that you can't book an appointment at desk these days! My husband had his varicose veins operated on pre 2002. Since taking blood pressure meds for a couple of years he no has veins bulging out of his legs in danfer of rupture. Took photos to show receptionist but did they care? Not a fig! Trying to book online but cant apparently do although we registered for this service a few years ago Whole set up B useless.

    As a carer for an elderly dementia and cancer sufferer I dread calling this surgery. The wait for your call to be answered can be over an hour if it isn’t cut off. That can be at any time of day - not just the early morning rush. The e- consult never seems to be available which is a shame. It’s very difficult to get to speak to a doctor, if it’s a home visit it’s a paramedic that comes. Generally a poor holistic approach of patient care and no follow-up with changes to medications

    I am a Diabetic Patient and have problems in getting the rest of my Orange Appointments in the practice although it was said at the practice in text it is a phone call. Appears to be no Diabetic Nurse at present you speak to inside Pharmacist. Why do the media say see your GP when that is the Stumbling Block especially with patients with severe illnesses and then they have to go several times and it is too late especially with cancer referrals. We all do not want to think are problems could be serious so when someone goes to their GP why are they really not interest but keep there eyes fixed to the Computer instead of listening to the patient.

    I have been trying to get a non-urgent appt for weeks now. The E-consult is saying to try the next day each time I go to use it, and there are no pre-bookable telephone appts. The receptionist has said I have to ring or turn up at 8.30am to maybe get an appt on the day. This is very hard to do as I am working, and it seems wrong to take an appt that might have been given to someone who is needing one urgently. The practice website should be clear and honest about the fact that the E-consult is switched off (what the receptionist told me), and that pre-bookable appts aren't available either. Whilst I'm sure all the staff are working as hard as they can, this really is an unacceptably poor level of service at the moment and puts patients health at risk.
