I had recently some medical concerns. Made on line appointment. My GP call one day earlier to see if I am free to discuss my concerns. As a result i was offered appointment to have blood tests promptly. I found my GP attentive and responsive to my concerns which was a great relief.

I have recently moved to the area and joined this practice after originally being put off a practice in Weybridge due to rude receptionists. Registering was easy via the online system. The receptionists have been varying levels of helpfulness on the phone, unfortunately one did offer me incorrect medical advice over the phone (hopefully without having access to my medical record!). However I did eventually manage to agree appropriate steps to see a doctor following sharing NHS advice with them over email. On seeing the doctor who was so helpful, meeting my needs and addressing all queries I had over the phone. I now have an appointment face to face booked to complete my treatment next week. Thank you for the great service

The doctor gives me regular reviews, both by mail and phone consultations. All the medications I am prescribed are explained and I feel that the doctor listens to my concerns and ensures I understand him.

GP took the time on a call to answer all my questions and give me all the information I needed in order to manage my issue not just at that moment, but also for the long term. I didn't feel like I was taking up valuable time, more like I might be able to save resources in the future.

Great care today from the Yellow Practice. I phoned about a routine matter but the doctor listened to me, was reassuring and immediately arranged appropriate tests. Throughout lock down and since I have received wonderful care from the yellow practice. I find it quick and easy to arrange appointments. The admin desk is always helpful and doctors’ advice is knowledgeable, caring and kind.

Same day appointment when I needed it. Good, kind advice given to me. No rush or time pressure. The medication I needed would be prescribed and sent though to a local pharmacy. I am so grateful.

I had a telephone consultation with the gp he was very friendly and gave me some good advice which I have followed definitely would recommend this service to friends and family
