Our experience was exceptionally helpful and efficient. I feel like we are on track to working out what the exact health problem is, and we’re grateful for the time and effort!

I was very impressed with my experience at the Wall House surgery when I saw the GP associate there. She answered all my questions in detail and allowed me all the time I needed, I never felt rushed. She then consulted GP who agreed with her that I should be referred to a hospital clinic. The referral happened within the appropriate timeframe. At a follow up phone call she was similarly helpful in answering several questions I had, her manner is reassuring and her medical knowledge is sound.

The doctor was patient, kind and helpful. He gave me time to discuss everything. The practice in general is much improved and the triage system works.

I was seen yesterday by the Clinic Nurse for my Head Clips removal. I was treated with the highest level of care and compassion following a difficult few days. I commend this Nurse for her outstanding level of care and am grateful to the Practice.

I urgently needed a regular medication order processed quickly. My mistake. Wrote to them requesting their assistance. Medication arrived just in time. The nhs is so easy to criticise but Every day they prove they are doing their best, many times exceeding other “industries” and Above all they are caring human beings, made up of a glorious cultural diversity with a united aim us! The people of the uk (stupid rules advise I can’t use capital letters which makes me look dumb and illiterate…so be it

I had a query about my prescription. I was advised to be added to the triage list. The doctor rang on time. He listened to me, immediately took action, and at all times I was treated with respect and kindness

Came for a blood test today , absolutely scared stiff but she was utterly amazing. The nicest nurse ever. Thank you so much. Sorry cannot leave your name apparently but I hope you read this

Listened emphatically to my issues and very reassuring that something could be done. Talked to various options and different types of mediations going forward. Felt they had a good understanding and easy to talk to.

I’ve needed several appointments recently at the surgery. Today was seen by the asthma nurse specialist. I received good advice and felt listened to. Am fortunate to have such a good surgery to help manage my conditions.

I have always dreaded cervical screenings. Sometimes painful for me. The nurse was really empathetic, and knew a technique to help. The whole process for the first time ever was painless. She has helped take the fear out of them for me now.
