Always find that engagement with reception staff when making an appointment is incredibly efficient and courteous. Doctors in practice are excellent and follow up is very reassuring .

The Reception staff is very rude and unprofessional. Just increases patient stress level. Not willing to listen but quick to respond. Same is their It staff who helps with registration.

I am constantly surprised at how quick it is to get an appointment and how helpful the reception staff are. I hear of friends experiences at other practices and am so incredibly thankful I am with East Horsley Medical Centre. Its a great example of an NHS practice at its best.

I am consistently impressed at how quickly I am able to get an appointment at the surgery. This is no mean feat given the current demand! Thankyou x
