   Been with this practice for over 5yrs and since covid its rapidly gone downhill, can never get an appt or see the same doctor twice for the same issue. Reception team don't seem to care and really unhelpful

   I visited for a blood test and had my son with me. He was concerned about me having to have this but the nurse was so lovely and reassuring, explaining what was happening and letting him ‘help’. They were amazing
