   I'm very impressed with the service I received from Church Street Practice today. The receptionist was extremely kind and helpful. Within 45 minutes, the duty doctor had phoned me back to diagnose my illness and prescribed the medication I need.

   I have had the misfortune to require 3 appointments over the past month and each time have had to wait a considerable time. I. Aggregate, I have had to wait 75 minutes for those appointments. Neither of the doctors I visited apologised for the delay which leaves one doubting their basic courtesy and perhaps even their care for patients.

   We're very sorry to learn that this patient has been unhappy with our service. It would be helpful to know if the waiting times were when booking the appointment or when attending. If the latter then the doctor is likely to have spent extra time with previous patients - all our doctors do their utmost to provide a complete service for each patient which sometimes unfortunately means a delay for subsequent patients. If this patient would like to contact the Practice Manager we will very happily carry out a full investigation and respond in detail.
