As a newly registered person at this surgery I just wanted to acknowledge the refreshingly excellent service I have received in the first couple of weeks. It actually feels that the partners and staff are really trying to run an efficient organisation, responsive and considerate toward those who rely on them. This shouldn’t be remarkable but it certainly is to me in these “modern times”. The whole team should be congratulated and held up as an example to others. Thank you all and well done!
