Great support from first contact with the reception team to the actual doctor's appointment - the GP was supportive, understanding and listened to my concerns! Thank you!

Visit on 17th April. No issues with asking to see a GP and seen same day. Polite reception staff and GP dealt with issue abs gave advice.

Staff are always polite and helpful,although under pressure. Doctor rang at 8am to speak and arranged for appointment the same day and did not rush me with her time which was much appreciated.

Had a stress free experience in obtaining a GP appointment. I called the surgery at 8am. Doctor returned my call within a couple of hours offering me an afternoon appointment. The Doctor was so kind and helpful even thought Doctors and staff are under such pressure at the moment.

Gave great assistance in obtaining appointment at spec savers to examine for foreign body in right eye.Turned out to wooden splinter which was extracted there and then with appointment following day to be given detailed examination .Result eye not scratched 👍

Had a very stress free easy experience contacting the surgery to get a GP appointment. Filled in form at 8am on the dot and got a call from a doctor within 2 hours. Very easy and was helped very efficiently via phone consultation. Grateful for the hard work that is done behind closed doors at the surgery I know it’s not an easy work place.

My appointment at the practice via the online system was made the same day following a telephone call from the doctor. I was very nicely welcomed at the reception desk and was also able to book Shingles vaccinations there and then as well. The doctor was very welcoming and we thoroughly discussed my concerns. His examinations were fully explained and carried out very well. He talked me through the treatments and I left the practice in a positive and reassured frame of mind. This was an excellent appointment all round.

I have just had a COPD review which was extremely good and I am grateful for the care and the planned follow up. The anodyne nature of this review process forbids any mention of the personnel involved. Sadly although I always think the practitioners at the Crouch Oak are very professional I still consider the administration of the practice to be abominable and would never recommend it. Is that technology or the people? I think it’s the management.

Having fortunately not havibg visited my Doctors for many years, I was apprehensive about the service I would receive based on media stories of poor service in the NHS generally. I was pleasantly surprised how good the service was, from first contact with reception through clinician tests to Doctor appointment and subsequent follow ups to check my health had improved after illness. Each interaction was a pleasure, timely and friendly. A very good experience all round
