The Practice Manager was extremely helpful in assisting me in booking a consultation with an ENT specialist at Ashford and St Peter’s Hospital. A consultation has now been booked for May. I really appreciated the Practice Manager’s input enabling me to do this. Penelope

I’ve recently moved to the area and had to complete an application which required a medical to be performed. Following the medical unfortunately the people requiring this asked a number of challenging questions which resulted in significant extra work and follow up from the practice. The person at the practice responsible for this went above and beyond to resolve this for me and turn what could’ve been a bad situation a very good one. I’m so grateful for the service I received in this regard.

I have been very impressed with treatment of a recent issue - won't go into my personal details here but initial diagnosis and appointments for blood tests, ultrasound tests at a separate clinic and further GP contacts have all been very speedily arranged. GP has been very understanding of any concerns of mine and acted to reassure me. Couldn't ask for more. First rate!

Normally extremely helpful and friendly service. My recent experience was outstanding and confirmed this. I needed the last 7 years of my medical records to pass to another NHS Trust prior to surgery there. Because the computer systems of the trusts were incompatible the records had to be copied and printed on paper by hand and physically passed to me in two large envelopes (over 100 pages). This highly manually difficult and time consuming activity was fully completed in just a few days and prepared for me to pick up at the reception desk. The other trust obtained all the information they required and were fully satisfied. It was a huge request completed fully, thoroughly and very promptly. Very impressive. Well done Parishes Bridge!

Over the last six months I have experienced a much improved follow on service and better new reception staff. It is still quite a long wait for a face to face appointment but the x rays and scans the doctors arranged all took place within 2 days; quite different to what the media would have us believe. I had lost faith in the practice and the rather terse previous receptionists but they have gone and my experience suggests that alot of effort is being put in to turning things around.

I joined the Parishes Bridge practice 15 years ago when moving to West Byfleet. The initial assessment showed I was pre-diabetic, type 2 and, since then, I have been supported and really well looked after with a special thank you to the Practice Nurse who has maintained my symptoms at pre-diabetic level for the whole time. She is caring, totally reacting to any change in my health and ensuring the medication is adjusted whenever she feels it is necessary. The Practice Nurse, along with the other members of this practice, have shown that the NHS provides outstanding thoughtful support to all of my family. I am 80 and would not be if the Nurse and the team at Parishes Bridge did not act the way they do. Today, my heart was checked and they have made an urgent referral to the hospital to ensure I get treatment to control the problem. If they are as good as I feel they are, I will be able write another review many years from now.

Today I went to the surgery for a blood test which I’d waited for a couple of weeks I arrived for my appointment at what time I’d thought it was 4 o clock but in fact it was 2.0.clock entirely my fault thought the receptionists would say you will have to make another appointment but no she went and asked if the nurse could do it now and thank goodness she did as I am waiting for a referral to the hospital and the blood test was to go with it Receptionists tend to get a bad name but both receptionists on duty were so helpful so I would like to thank them both and of course the nurse who managed to take the blood and get it to the desk in time for it to be collected on the day. Thank you Parish Bridges Practice .

Since registering with Parishes Bridge over three years ago, I have had many, many interactions with a large number of the team due to my husband’s complex health situation. Everyone I have encountered has been extraordinarily helpful, and they never failed to help us in a professional, compassionate, caring and timely manner. They are quite simply amazing. I find it unbelievable that nowhere on the practice website is a list of GP's names for Parishes Bridge Medical Practice. The GP's change so much and I have no idea who I am actually registered to or who they are.
