I have been constantly wowed by the helpfulness, kindness, knowledge and patience of everyone working at Deptford Surgery. I have had appointments with two nurses, both of whom went above and beyond to give great advice and make sure that every need and concern was addressed. At my previous surgery this was certainly not the case, and while this is understandable with an underfunded and overstretched NHS, everyone at Deptford Surgery somehow manages to commit so much time and consideration for each patient. I am so grateful to have found this practice and want to commend and thank everybody working there for your incredible work! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

If I could give 10 out of 10, I would. I am extremely impressed with this practice organisation and management. As a dental care clinician myself and being surrounded by medics my whole life, I know how much GPs and their teams are under pressure, especially in the NHS. Despite this, this practice is trying its best in all aspects. The care is visible. As a new patient, I haven't been disappointed yet. Even if I do experience some disappointment later .. it is normal, like at any other place. But what I can see now is an incredible front desk/reception team and brilliant doctors whom are trying their best to accommodate and locate me to the right person and give me the best care possible. I have come across two GPs so far and both have been amazing. Thank you for your hard work and care. We appreciate what you do and how much stress and pressure you are under, but you are still trying your best to give us the care we need.

I have to commend My doctor for the amazing service and care she has given every time I see or speak to her. In my opinion, she’s one of the best doctors I’ve ever had. I’m a new patient and she has effortlessly, reviewed and managed my medical concerns. When I registered with the practice earlier this year, my first visit with one gp and a member of the admin team did not go well. Additionally, appointment availability isn’t the best. With that being said, the quality of the service once you get an appointment, is up there with the best I’ve experienced. I never feel rushed during consultations with my doctor, she thorough with great attention to detail. Highly recommend her as your gp. Many Other hospital staff and clinicians I see regularly have praised my Dr to me regarding the investigations and referrals for further care made by her. Thank you Dr for ever thing you’ve done to help with my ongoing medical concerns. You deserve to be praised. Sorry I can’t name who you are in this platform. You deserve 10 stars Thanks so much.

Impossible to get an appointment anymore and over the last ten years I've been prescribed the wrong dose or medication for ongoing medical conditions three times.

All my health concerns have been taken seriously, been called by the doctor when the tests results spotted something not quite right! Very good doctors, friendly and accommodating team at the reception. Absolutely happy about them.

I recently transferred here from my old GP in the same area (due to bad experiences), even though I couldn’t get an in person appointment in the next couple of weeks, the paramedic had a phone consultation with me in the same morning as I called and sent all the info including photos to the dr, I received a diagnosis and picked up the prescription in the afternoon which seems to be working. So refreshing to have a good GP that can look after you efficiently when needed, compassionate and helpful receptionists, highly skilled doctor & paramedic and well organised general operational structure in the practice. I’m not surprised they have quite a lot of positive reviews online and they care to respond to reviews too, keep it up! This is the same problem that I couldn’t resolve with my old GP as it took them 3 weeks to have a phone consultation with me, then I was told they couldnt diagnose from my photos and will see me in another few weeks, no additional help offered inbetween either.

They’re all doing a great job under the most incredible pressure. I have mental health issues and I’ve never felt anything except secure and supported by everyone at Deptford Surgery. I’m very glad that I’m registered with them.
