Unprofessional receptionists and doctors who cannot give you an answer as to what is the problem you're having. In one instance a doctor did a Google search in order to give me an answer, then turned the pc screen round to show it to me. If the the NHS logo is "Free at the point of delivery" then theirs should be "Always absent at the point of need".

This is an absolutely awful GP practice. Their receptionists almost never answer the telephone before an hour. Today, my wife was left on hold for over 2. They do not listen to what you are actually saying, speaking over you and interrupting constantly. The physicians have some of the worst mental health care approaches I have ever seen and, like their staff, do very little actual listening but make a lot of assumptions. Their care is extraordinary cautious and restrictive: several specialists I visited (paying privately because the referrals from the office were routinely rejected) informed me that the services I was seeking were well within the purview of a GP. Yet they still refused to accept treatment. I’ll say it again: this practice is a sham and a shame. Avoid it. Miserable experience trying to get literally anything done with them. The incompetence of reception is… almost unreal.

I would not hesitate to recommend this practice- friendly and competent staff from the get go at reception, right through to considerate and excellent doctors and nurses. They always go the extra mile to help and never make you feel what you need is too little or too much. Thank you for all your hard work and support!

Absolutely no interest in helping patients… terrible service, absolutely poorly reception desk service, always waiting for what it should be done next day, it takes them years to sort out a problem! It should be closed down!!!!
