The practice reception team are always very helpful and considerate. On this occasion, they went above and beyond to help with resolving some missing medication for my elderly mother, incorrectly dispensed by a local chemist. The error was not the fault of the surgery, but they still went out of their way to help with sorting it out. Always very grateful for their compassionate help.

The receptionist are very good they are dealing with angry patients everyday with an near to impossible system but are still able to be good to us. Their patience is amazing. I appreciate and repeat you guys. I'm patient at Dr Aru. And I love the practice manager.
