I moved from another local surgery to Binfield because I was unable to have human interaction with a doctor. Binfield is under pressure but they are still able to keep human interaction in the process of making appointments l, asking for help, and seeing a doctor. I put a premium on being able to see a GP or nurse when I am unwell. The appointment with a human who can see me and all my dis-ease is actually therapeutic in itself. I am relatively new to the practice but every effort should be made to keep the human touch in the practice of medicine. Technology should assist not replace the doctor-patient relationship. It is key to providing good care. The government is trying to replace people with text messages and web pages, we need to see our patients and they need to be seen not just shuffled and sorted from one web page to another. Thank you for providing human care today

I find the coffee morning to be very pleasant meetings in which they provide you with a lot of information and important communication for the day...it should be noted that it is made up of very healthy and pleasant people. I recently had my 6 week check after the birth of my daughter. The experience was really positive. My daughter was checked at the same appointment and I left the appointment reassured due to the doctor's brilliant manner.

I had a great experience with my DR in this surgery. They made me feel comfortable and explained every step of the process for my Smear test to help me feel less scared.

After struggling a bit to organise a review of my medication I phoned the surgery. My interaction was entirely typical of the surgery. I left the call with an appointment with a pharmacist to review the medication at a time that fits around my day job. The person I spoke to was very knowledgeable, extremely polite and helpful. I could not applaud or recommend the surgery more highly!

The doctor could not have been more compassionate, informative or understanding when it came to choosing my birth control. She fitted a coil for me with minimal pain and discomfort and I have had no negative experiences since, which I attribute largely to her expertise. I felt supported and informed throughout the process and am grateful for the quality of her care. Likewise the administrative staff were friendly and helpful when booking appointments.

My mother was booked in for a Covid injection this morning by a lovely nurse. I would just like to say on each occasion this nurse has been fantastic! Her gentle approach with mum is always comforting! Mum feels completely relaxed and this is most appreciated! The injection is done effortlessly, with mum never feeling a thing! it’s a sign of a dedicated and experienced nurse. We are blessed to have someone like her working in the surgery and for the NHS. I have been a patient here for almost a year and I couldn’t be more grateful to the staff at this surgery! Reception staff, nurses, and doctors- everyone is wonderful! Finding a good surgery in London is challenging as we know. I came across this surgery because of its good reviews so it was a no brainer for me to become a patient here and I couldn’t be happier. I am not a big fan of going to the doctor and always a bit anxious (like a lot of people)! I have had a pep done at the surgery before and the nurse could not have been nicer and more supportive. Had a skin problem- got an appointment the same day and a follow up after a few days plus a referral to the dermatologist! My most recent interaction with a female doctor was incredible! I had questions about hormones etc. and she was so wonderful! She listened very carefully, consulted, and we created a game plan! I felt comfortable, heard, seen, and supported!! This surgery staff should train staff at other surgeries. Super grateful to have found this surgery! Thank you!! You guys are awesome!!
