i dont normally like attending any surgery or hospital as im a weakling when it comes to the above. The doctors at this surgery are friendly, down to earth and put you at ease.. they also come with a witty sense of humor. they are thorough and respectful. the receptionists are the same also. its a brilliant surgery.

This GP keeps rejecting prescriptions for no reason at all. I am diabetic and I keep missing my medication because they kept rejecting my request, I only request for my meds as per Patient Access app which the GP set up themselves. Why set up a date to request for prescriptions for patients only for them to reject it! It's beyond me! Obviously, patients' wellbeing is not their priority, I guess this GP wants their patients get worst not better.

The work ethic in this practice is amazing, receptionist are polite and welcoming,GPs are very welcoming, very attentive to the concerns shared by patients, keen to help resolve any concerns, and completing follow ups. Amazing service. Thank you.

As a mother of a small child being heard by my GP is of the utmost importance. The GPs always listen and give sound advice. We have been with the practice for over 5 years and all the doctors over the years have been fantastic. Thank you for everything you do.

The doctors at this practice differ from the norm by being very attentive to detail and taking the time to make you feel heard. The service has always been very particular and doctors have on their own accord looked for secondary opinion before providing advice or treatment. You can tell that the doctors have read up your file before an appointment which is rare and highly appreciated. They detail clearly the type of treatment available, with its benefits and disadvantages, tailored to your specific condition. They ask your opinion about each and take it into account before recommending the best path.

Review titled Impossible to access a doctor

The booking system is designed to prevent patients to access the practice and to be seen by a doctor. They do not reply to emails and it is really impossible to get access to a doctor for a consultation or even a prescription. They are doing great at being inaccessible and convince people to find an alternative practice. Timings for even a phone consultations are in weeks. I Understand they are busy, but sometimes answering the phone, or an email, it is just courtesy. Showing some empathy and care to patients that call and try to be seen by a doctor when they are unwell would be hugely appreciated.

This is a professionally run GP by far the Best Practice I've been to and is incomparable. Very friendly, welcoming, helpful and efficient!!! From the Reception staff, to Nurses and Doctors! Professional Medical people at it's finest!!!
