My experience of this practice is that staff listen and are kind and helpful. I was offered an appointment very soon after I called and the GP I saw today was extremely supportive and caring. Thank you all so much.

My whole experience with this practice today has been great - my call was answered quickly, I got an appointment the same day, the doctor I saw was helpful, supportive and seemed very well-informed. All the other members of staff I encountered were also helpful and pleasant. Thank you so much.

I've been a loyal patient at this practice since 2017, and honestly, I'm pretty disappointed with how things have been. The customer service has been consistently lackluster, and some of the staff members could use a crash course in politeness. It's disheartening to feel like they don't really care about our well-being. On top of that, the atmosphere of the place is anything but inviting. Unlike other GPs I've visited, it lacks that vibrant and welcoming vibe. It's like they forgot to flip the switch on the brightness dial. And don't even get me started on the appointment system. It's 2023, for crying out loud! Yet, the only way to book an appointment is through an old-fashioned phone call. It feels like we're stuck in a time warp. The services offered here feel a bit outdated too. It's like they haven't kept up with the times. We could definitely use a dash of something new and fresh to bring this place up to speed. After enduring all these frustrations for so long, I've finally decided it's time for a change. I'm on the hunt for a new healthcare provider that understands the importance of excellent service and staying current with the times. It's time to bid farewell to this GP and seek greener pastures.

Very help and considerate I also find that get very quickly no long waiting time. And you don't usually have to make an appointment as long as you are there with in the operating time of the surgery.
