    Appointments can only be made between 8am - 9am when calling the practice. I called as soon as it was 8am and was 7th in line, but waited for 2 hours 45 minutes only for them to hang up on me. This is not an isolated incident, it is always difficult to book an appointment because you either have a long wait, no matter how early you call, or the reception does not take your call and purposely hangs up on you when you ate next in line. Poor service and would not recommend.

    You can register and sign up online, you even get a text message to book in an initial NHS Health Check....that is where the good part ends. You will not be able to get through on the phone to book (tried for days during 8-9am), and you can't use the NHS app, nor the Patient Access website. So essentially there is no service you can access. Not sure why they are still accepting "new patients" if they can't take appointments

    Can't get hold to anyone on the line since they say the opening time which is 8am. Trying to book an appointment and once the auto message said to wait on the line to speak with someone, the line just cut off at the end. So what is the point asking people to book from 8am to 9am when for up until 8:30am still can't speak with anyone for an appointment. Also the website took not to book from there either so when can you book an appointment?
