    I called to collect my medications, as the practice had promised to leave them at the pharmacy during the day. However, upon my visit, nothing was left there. The practice was closed, and there was no means to contact them. The next day, I called for an update. The practice falsely claimed that the prescription was left on the day I called. When I informed them that this wasn't the case, they stated that they had sent it on the same day but after the pharmacy closed. Later, I discovered from the pharmacy that the prescription was only sent the following day. I advise avoiding this place.

    We are sorry that you feel the surgery has not has not provided you with the best care however we received your prescription request on Saturday 20th April 2024, please note that the surgery is not open on weekends and our prescription turn around time is 3 full working days. Going forward, please ensure that you request your prescription 2 weeks in advance of when you will run out so that this issue does not happen again.

    My daughter have worse ear infection. Is been a week. Managed to call surgery, asking to write email. It’s seems that I diagnosed my daughter and asking for antibiotics. Went to collect from the chemist and surprise- doctor forgot to prescribe antibiotics, only ear drops.

    In response to your review, I am sorry that you are not happy with the surgery, however the eardrops that the Doctor has prescribed are antibiotic eardrops.

    Away from home for a week I realised I’d forgotten my blood pressure tablets. Emailed the surgery explaining my predicament and then rang the surgery expecting a sorry we can’t help. Proved wrong a lovely receptionist showed great empathy, found my email and promised to give it to someone to deal with it. A few hours later she rang me to confirm that a prescription was on its way to my chosen pharmacy and wished a nice holiday. I would like to thank this receptionist she is a great asset to Bexley group practice.

    Over twenty minutes waiting to get through to book an appointment. Gave up in the end. I was apparently first in the quqon as well! What a shambles have now contacted another surgery to join them.

    As with most gps, I'll wager, it's become very difficult to see them. I get repeat prescriptions, which they manage in the end. Happy to text me about the clotshots and a flu vaccine that I have never had in 57 years, though. Tried to get an online consultation but they never bothered, saying they tried to call me. But they didn't. Useless.

    today after 3 very frustrating weeks of mis communication I was contacted by the pharmacist who not only straightened everything out for me but also put a plan in place with forward care. to have someone so understanding and a willingness to help made a massive difference to me today and moving forward not only with the problem in hand but supplying me with extra information for me to learn from and read definitely can't thank her enough and ever so grateful!!!!

    Hi, my blood were done at start of May and it took Doctor end of May to discuss my report after delays and cancellation. They don't even share blood test result with patients until doctor has discussed it. It caused me great anxiety as I did not what is happening. When i order repeat prescription I have to email them twice to request it. No one is bothered.
