    The surgery is very contradictive states one thing then the receptionist is telling you something completely different, if the surgery doesn’t intend on contacting you within the time scale they have stated then they need to change there response emails. People are waiting around all day for phone calls that never come because the response email states that they will get a response by this time and date yet don’t, it’s a joke! Needs to be sorted out !!

    Dear Anonymous, we are sorry to hear that you had a bad experience. We, as a practice, reply to all telephone call requests on the day. With regard to e-Consult you should be contacted by a staff member to advise when a clinician will contact you. I am sorry to hear that this did not happen in your case. If you would like to either contact the surgery via e-Consult or write to the surgery and address your request to the Practice Manager or Assistant Practice Manager we can investigate how this did not happen in your case. At Triveni we do take all comments on board and will try our best to correct and learn from any negative feedback that we receive. We look forward to hearing from you in this case.

    I have to visit the practice frequently due to some on going and serious issues. The doctors and surgery staff are extremely helpful, treat me like a grown up and are always professional, friendly and polite. I have had many doctors in my life and this practice is the best.

    This is the only GP practice I've experienced where you cant send them documents electronically. 1st the receptionist said to submit via eConsult however there is no option to attach documents only photos. Second I was told to bring in a copy to the practice. This seems rediculous to me in this day and age. The documents I have are electronic and I don't have paper copies. They seem to expect me to print off a copy just to bring it to them to copy. This has annoyed me so much that I am looking to move to another practice. I cant see why they make it so difficult to submit the information especially when they are the ones who request I submit it. While I have had no issues with the doctors I find the admin side so frustrating that I have decided to leave the practice. Fine to be a patient here unless you ever have to give them documentation (in my case clinical correspondence) unless you have it in paper form. I think it is wrong that they want me to spend money to print something purely to give it to them to copy. Think carefully before choosing. I have been in touch with reception various times about this and their only solutions have been either to submit via eConsult (which is impossible) or bring them in a copy (requiring me to pay to print out documents)

    Called at your Plumstead common surgery today at 1315. You were supposed to be open according to the notice on the door. You were not. Tried to book an appointment on line, none available. Why? A poor recommendation for your limited service. As a consequence I shall be seeking an alternative service.

    Thank you very much for your comment. Unfortunately on the 22 September 2022 practices in Greenwich were all closed from 12 noon for training purposes. There were notices on the surgery door and a telephone message left on our system to inform patients of this and a telephone number displayed for patients who wished to contact Greenwich Health for assistance during this time of closure for training. I am sorry that you may have not seen the poster or the message was not clear on our telephone system and we will look into this to make sure that it is more clear in future when we are requested to close for training.
