Short wait, then a helpful few minutes. I always feel that I am listened to, and there is always an effort to explain thing to me. Very happy with the service.

Having bought my partner down to the surgery on tuesday 25th October to see a doctor who said she needed a prescription for antibiotics we are now at Boots in Canterbury and no prescription is here, so why does it take 4 days to get a prescription 100 metres from the surgery to Boots? I would a reply by Monday not 4 days later.

Yesterday just before 6, I came to your surgery with a friend who has been experiencing severe hardship, which are exasperating health problems, desperate to get advice. Although your receptionist did not have an immediate answer to our difficulty, she was so kind and considerate, listened and made notes to be passed on to the relevant person today. Thank you so much for a professional and caring service.

The best thing about the practice is that I can phone at 8am and guarantee I will get an appointment on the day. Reception staff and booking is extremely friendly, professional and efficient - I have never had a problem booking or changing an appointment and I have been registered with the practice for 28 years. All the staff (Doctors and Nurses etc.) are extremely obliging and helpful, and there are never any suggestion of there being time constraints , or a need to stick to a schedule and hurry things along. Everyone I have dealt with has been extremely professional, demonstrating consummate technical knowledge and expertise combined with very genuine customer care skills. I can honestly say that I have never had a bad experience at the practice, and always feel confident that whatever my medical problem, it will be resolved in a friendly and professional way. I have never in my life had a bad experience of the National Health service overall and I can say very honestly that I think those people working as part of the NHS do a fantastic job, and I can't understand why people moan about such an excellent service which at the end of the day is free.
