    She arranged for my wellbeing support call two days earlier than planned. She called me and was so supporrive, attentive, informative that it felt like a huge weight off my shoulders, just having her listen, empathise and offer helpful links, contacts and tools. She is a real asset. Thank you so much

    Over the past few weeks I have seen an amazing team of medical practitioners. The system doesn't allow me to name specific people but everyone who has looked after me has been fantastic to include 2 x Doctors, 2 x Nurses, 1 x Physio along with helpful reception staff too. I have been thorougly looked after in a kind, caring, knowledgable and efficent manner. Huge thanks all round!

    When you really need them they are there. Had a scan got a call from the doctor within 24 hrs with the results ans a treatment plan

    My appointment was such a breeze, the nurse was very professional and explained every step of the procedure from start to finish and she treated me with such dignity and respect. It was a smooth experience and I left there smiling.

    I was about to go in for an injection with the nurse and realised I’d forgot to bring my prescribed medication. I mentioned to the nurse who said not a problem just quickly pop home and get it. I returned with my medication and honestly, after having a number of these injections which can be quite painful I did not even realise the nurse had administered the injection. Completely pain free and thankful for being to be allowed to go home to get the medication. The nurse has a lovely manner, very kind and caring.

    I called early morning to make an appointment with a GP. After a chat with the lady who answered to triage, she booked me a same day face to face. I was surprised when I arrived that it was with Physiotherapy and not a GP but it turned out it was exactly where I needed to be and my issue was diagnosed (not how or what I was expecting) and an improvement plan is now in place. I’m mightily impressed with the help and expertise afforded me today and cannot fault the ‘service’.

    Having completed an online consultation form I was amazed to be rung within 30 minutes and offered an appointment that very afternoon. I saw a very nice physio who referred me for an x-Ray. The next day I got a call to collect the X-ray form from the surgery. I took the form to medway hospital X-ray who said the form was not signed. They refused to give it back to me in case I forged a signature. I paid £2.20 for 10 minutes of hospital parking. I went back to the gp, they printed another copy and signed it and also texted me a code. I went back to the hospital where a different receptionist said it looked like a child had scribbled on it. I gave her the code, she said the online info was filled in wrong. She went and spoke to a manager who said they would accept it on this occasion, in front of a queue of people I felt like I was fraudulently trying to get an xray! What started off so well and would have been a fantastic review has been ruined by admin errors.
