    Phoned for an appointment to see/speak to a GP. Phone rang constantly for 15 mins, no answer. Rang again to find I was 4th in queue. No appointments left, what are my symptoms? Wayfield pharmacy will contact me. 15.50 I rang PPmed centre again as no pharmacy had called. Receptionist told me they would ring. Did they? Of course not!! The manager was not available to speak to and no direct number to reach her either. How can the Receptionist decide whether I do/do not need to see/speak to a GP? Does she know my past medical history, or what my symptoms could indicate the problem is? The 'anima' app is time consuming and confusing and so is the 'livi'app. Having to type in your past med history and all your medications is a nightmare, especially if you have many conditions and many meds. Technology is not always a good thing and could not replace person to person contact.

    Having changed their appointment booking process again I was eventually liked to the Anima app - however there were no appointments available and was directed to log back in "at later times and dates" shown in the app. Tried that 4 times, no luck. On the 5th time I did manage to open the link and followed numerous irrelevant questions until eventually it said "your request has been submitted" I then heard nothing for some time. I then received an appointment at a location and time that are not convenient from a "do not reply" number. I tried calling to change but no response and all calls were cut off. This service is poor and unacceptable. he app shows as me having no appointments so cannot change on their either.

    To get to speak to anyone is so frustrating. You are in the queue, the message tells you your position then when you get to number 1 the line just rings out without bring answered. I had this 3 times yesterday before actually getting through

    I was very nervous attending for my daughters one year injections. The nurse was fantastic. She explained clearly all the injections, the possible side effects and how to manage the symptoms. She was very gentle and quick. Just wanted to say a big thank you.

    I attended the Balmoral Gardens practice today. As a patient who is usually very anxious, I was nervous attending the practice however, I was really impressed with all the staff who helped put me at ease from the moment a checked in. Todays experience at the practice has really helped and I couldn't recommend the practice at Balmoral Gardens enough.

    They have Changed to a new booking in system so no phone calls accepted.. booked online Friday 8.30 am and said get back to me in 3 working days , nothing yet . Can't even get results. Was not informed of changes either

    I was contacted by the surgery to make an appointment for an asthma review. I was seen on time for my appointment, I was explained to in detail regarding my condition and given advice which I have never received from my previous GP on how to manage my condition. I am a fairly new patient to this surgery, but since joining have received treatment/reviews 3/4 times and have found the reception staff to be very pleasant, the nurses (I have seen two) have been very very good and the doctor I spoke to on one occasion was very helpful too. I would recommend this practice.

    The reception team at Sunlight are always so polite and helpful. Always so busy but never show anything but professionalism and courtesy. The GP sorted my prescription for me so quickly and apart from the usual issues all GP surgeries have I can’t fault my practice.

    I have recently had a child and the experience I have received since birth has been brilliant. I cannot fault it from the reception team to nurses and doctors. Could not recommend enough!

    I have been with this surgery for over 30 years, however, just recently I've experienced a few problems. . Repeat prescription not being acted on. . On 22/5/2023 I came to the surgery for a blood test the receptionist advised me she couldn't book me in as her computer was down ( seemed like I was an annoyance)...after a few minutes all seemed to be up and running, therefore, I asked to make an appointment with a nurse (as I usually do) for the blood test results and blood pressure check,( she stated I should be making the appointment to see a doctor not a nurse)! she then went on to tell me she'd got the blood test results!!! I pointed out they were previous results, I was actually there for a blood test, she then offered Wednesday 24th May, I doubted the results would be back by then but she assured me they would, I asked to make it for a week after the blood test...she then asked when I was having the blood test!!! Finally after more toing and froing in a similar vein I managed to make an appointment for today at 3.15 (which I doubled checked at the time) guess what? arrived for my appointment today only to be told it was 3.50!! Perhaps some more training wouldn't go amiss.

I completely understand how you must have felt and how frustrating and inconvenient this must have been. I will address the issue with the member of staff involved and provide feedback to the individual.
