    I recently requested some medication, and got a call from the Nurse within a couple of hours. Such a quick and helpful service. The Nurse was so friendly, succinct and knowledgable. Very impressed and grateful! Thank you!

    Arrived and stod in the queue for 15 kins waiting to be booked in then waited an hour to be seen. Eventually had to give up and leave without being seen as I had children waiting to be collected from school. Incredibly disappointing! No care for the patients needs at all!

    I had an appointment arranged at 1430 today, arrived and checked in at 1400. I was called in by the doctor at 1415 and had a thorough consultation and resolution to my problem within 10 minutes. Fantastic service. Really personable and professional GP. Thanks to all the team at Sutton Valence for always providing a great service!

    Waited over 2 hours on phone from 9th in queue to 1st in queue for over half an hour. Gave up and went to the surgery and was told there was only 1 doctor on and the triage system was down. Iknow doctors are busy but this is ridiculous. This used to be an excellent practice but going downhill fast. Shame . Thinking of changing practice but they are probably all experiencing too many patients and not enough doctors.

    I submitted a triage request via the online triage service (AccuRx) this morning at around 0915. At 0918 I had already received a message from the Practice confirming that a Doctor had reviewed my query and had determined that I required a face-to-face appointment, a link was included to self book. I made the appointment for around 2 weeks time, which is perfectly reasonable considering my symptoms and I had confirmation of said booking by 0919. So from triage request to appointment confirmation I waited approx 4 minutes. If that isn't exceptional service I don't know what is! Thank you all at Sutton Valence for your continued hard work in an ever more difficult setting.

    I made a request for my immunisation records at 0953 and received a response from the Practice, with my immunisations attached, within 8 minutes. This is, bear in mind, during a particularly busy period for any Practice. While this might not seem like much to write home about, someone at the Surgery saw my request and acted upon it immediately. This has enabled me to speed things along with something in my own life which could have taken up a huge amount of my time, if not for this efficient service from Sutton Valence Surgery and its team. I’m not able to use the receptionists name in my review but I would encourage the team at Sutton Valence to review the email and give this particular employee the praise they deserve. Thank you to this particular individual and the whole team at Sutton Valence who, despite mounting pressure, always does their best to provide me and my family with the best possible care.

    This surgery used to be a great surgery now every time I go there there's a long qué with only one person serving people I only had to drop off a sample and had to stand in a qué for 45 mins why don't they have a drop off point for samples 0 stars

    The doctors and staff have been extremely caring and thorough when my husband has been very ill recently. There have been many follow up phone calls to check he is getting on ok and to give advice. Very reassuring and gratefully received.

    After recently moving to he area I cannot praise enough the service that myself and my husband have received. I know what a difficult job you all have to do, we are very grateful for the service you offer.

    I have for many years ordered repeat prescriptions online and now have difficulty as the whole system seems to have changed. I was told to collect a form from the surgery but when I did, I was told it was for an app. I have been given an email address to use for repeats and also told it is easy to find repeat prescriptions on their website but I cannot even access a website now. This used to be so easy and I was told others were also unclear as to why this is now difficult to do when it was always so easy. I have no complaints re the wonderful service from the practice, just v frustrated at how difficult it is now becoming to get through on the phone (recent experience) and order prescriptions (this week).
