I would like to say how wonderful this GP practise is. From the beginning it is easy to get through, the receptionists are so helpful and friendly, you don’t have to wait ages to get an appointment, the doctors and nurses are professional and knowledgeable and most importantly you feel that you have been listened to. Thank you so much.

Regularly feel so grateful to have a practice with such efficiency. Any appointments for me or my children are always conducted in an efficient and effective manner. Each GP is thorough and gives me confidence in their ability. They leave no loose ends from my experience. They are kind and welcoming. Appointments are booked quickly and if unavailable the GPS will squeeze you in after the official appointment time or phone you. The office staff are exceptional and rare. On a recent appointment for my son I observed them working in the upchurch practice. I thought how efficient, hard working and happy they were, working in partnership with each other and it’s clear to see they have a very good working relationship. This is my experience from the rainham practice too. I don’t usually leave reviews, due to a bit hectic life it’s hard to spare the time but when listening to friends and colleges about their experiences with their go surgeries I feel so grateful for mine. Thank you all and know you’re all appreciated
