   I have been waiting 6 weeks MRI results i received a letter today stating that the surgery now as these results and i need to book an appointment to discus these i have been told the first available appointment is in 1months time this means that i will have had to wait 2.5 months to get the results i think that this is totally unacceptable

   I attended the UTC and the service was quick, professional and caring. The health practitioner I saw took the time to do a thorough examination, phoned through to The William Harvey hospital and ensured I had an outpatient appointment for that same day. The UTC at Faversham showcases how good our NHS really is.
