Always get a excellent responce from reception and excellent treatment from the medical staff. I had nagging knee pain, scan booked within 2 weeks, treatment applied excellent.. If you expect your call to be answered in 1 minute or an appointment within 5 minutes then this practice is not for you, But if you expect professional kind and reliable help look no further..5star from me

Phone to get a appointment I did not know about the new system they have in place so just received text messages asking for more details about what is wrong to get a text back to say I don't need to see anyone and that I will get over it myself considering I am worried as I have pain in my throat and I have just lost my mother to cancer of the thyroid that should of been pick up in the blood test she was having think CQC sound have a look at this practice

The diabetes nurse at this clinic that helps with my care is expectational, she really cares and is so personable. She has really helped me and has made a real difference to my care.

My knee, back and my designated pharmacy have had problems over the past year or so, but despite that i have found the clinical staff and doctors at the Grange Practice Ramsgate to be very helpful 5star. Of course we all want an appointment today and the phone to be answered in 2 mins but there you have it..so do10,000 plus other people. I get the frustration when your caller no 7 but expect that and stick with it. Oh knee and back sorted, advice from staff re Pharmacy now sorted ..Top Drawer for me

I have recently registered with The Grange practice and I am really impressed with the level of care I've received. The reception team have always been extremely helpful each time I've needed to speak to them on the phone and in the surgery. The Klinik system seems to be working really well, having always been contacted via phone or offered a face to face appointment within a few days of filling out the online form. The clinical staff I've seen have been efficient and really listened to my problems and views. Thank you to everyone at The Grange Practice for all your hard work, as a patient I really appreciate being able to access a GP practice that feels genuinely accessible and strives for the best patient experience possible.

I went for an appointment early today to see the nurse, the second time I have seen her for a Blood Test and all I can say is Thank you so much for your great sense of humour, your radio on in the background and for knowing what you are doing. A great addition to the Practice and made me feel so at ease with everything that I am currently going through. The Duty Doctor on 4/11/22 was outstanding too, made me feel heard and understood. Outstanding support from the physio, doctors and nurses since I joined and finally getting some answers to an ongoing issue that has been happening for months.
