You can never get an appointment and always sent to the Buckland, staff are very rude, Doctors talk over you especially one certain Dr, very patronizing , prescriptions always wrong, so many times I have lost count. Avoid at all costs. On one occasion the receptionist asked a lady that was waiting for her appointment to wait outside because her baby was crying and annoying her, the poor woman was so embarrassed and she went and stood in the cold porch on a very cold day with a what you could see was a very poorly baby. Lots of people I know have had so many problems too. Avoid.

I have nothing but praise for this practice. Receptionist, nurse practitioners, and all the Doctors, always have time to listen and advise. I have been with this practice since I have been a child, and I am now 71. They are very professional and when needed sympathetic to your needs. I did an econsult, on a Wednesday, Doctor replied on Thursday, had a telephone consultation on Friday. I was diagnosed, medication prescribed, and advised of other treatments that were available for me. The medication was ready for collection on Saturday and the treatment I needed began the following Wednesday. Superb result, who could ask for more! Excellent service from a kind thoughtful, caring practice Many thanks to you all.

Rude doctor,very unprofessional Sent home with big pain and 5 weeks sore throat lost 10 kg of my weight,can not eat food becaise of swollen throat Used everything from pharmacist Doctor diagnosis "Go home there is nothing wrong with you So still in pain ...... Disgusting manner Very very very very unhappy

I saw two different nurses who were both caring, friendly and professional. Made me feel they were interested in me and my health needs.
