    It’s no secret that this surgery used to be quite possibly the worst in Peacehaven (a victim of three practices closing into this one remaining site), and Covid then broke them completely. However! I had cause to phone for an issue a few weeks back, popped myself in the queue for Appointments, got offered a callback rather than waiting, and then got a call back about 30 minutes later. The lady was caring, compassionate, understanding, and sign-posted a more appropriate facility as she conceded the care type I’d need for my injury they were I’ll-equipped to undertake (as an X-ray would be needed first) so send me to a nearby Minor Injury unit instead. Credit where credit is due, it is obvious the management have put huge effort into getting back to a good position, and it is most noticeable. Thank you !

    I needed emergency care to drain an abcess on my finger. I was seen quickly, treated well and provided with meds and aftercare advice. Doctor and pharmacist went out of their way to ensure I was left cared for.

    The appointment process when you ring after 8am , with the keeping of one’s place in the queue and call back works so much better. I was also impressed today when I received a text confirming my referral, very soon after my appointment .

    I just wanted to give some feedback. We’ve been patients with you for over 15 years and always fed back on both positive and negative experiences. I’ve had to contact the surgery a few times recently, both for myself and my daughter. The reception staff have been so helpful and kind. They have all been so lovely, especially one person but this process doesn’t even let me put an initial. Also, we’ve seen a couple of the new doctors, and they have been so kind and helpful too. I expect the job is incredibly stressful at times so I wanted to say a big thank

    Wanted to share a positive post about Havens Health. Rang this morning and yes I did have to wait a while until answered but when it was answered the person who answered was polite and helpful. My query couldn't be dealt with over the so popped up there where the same person dealt very efficiently with my query. We were initially told that there were no appointments until Thurs but when we got there we were offered help from an online paramedic 👍👍. Whilst there thought I'd see about a couple of other things I'd been putting off and again another positive and all was dealt with amazingly compared to recent times. Seems all is heading in the right direction. If you've had not so good experiences in the past give them another chance, definitely improved recently 👌

    Consultation with Advanced Nurse Practitioner this morning, who was kind, compassionate and professional. I really felt that I was listened to and my problem was understood. Gentle and proficient physical examination and really helpful suggestions made. Overall - yet again - an excellent service from all staff at Havens Health. Thank you.

    I’m so impressed that the GP I seen on Friday called today to check on my symptoms, as she was thinking about it over the weekend.. I don’t visit the Drs often but unfortunately I’ve had to book 2 appointments in the last 4 months and I can honestly say that on both occasions the experiences I’ve had with this surgery has been fantastic, every member of staff here from the reception team to the medical staff have been friendly polite efficient and very caring.

    Really helpful staff at Havens Health Reports and Clinical Support Team, assisting me in getting a medical form signed by the GP. Very professional and kind on the phone, listened and understood my questions and gave 'above and beyond' assistance.

    I have used the services over the past few weeks. On all occasions the people on reception, nurses and doctors have all provided both professional and excellent service and care. The recent flu vaccination was very well managed. Thank you all very much.
