I have been a patient here for years and am generally very satisfied with their service. It is far better than any other practice I have ever visited. However, it is often let down by the dispensary team who can be rude and unhelpful. Most recently I tried to order a repeat of my antidepressants and was made to feel like I was asking them to make me the tablets from scratch. The prescription didn't come up on the app so I had to call. Firstly it was implied that because I still had 11 tablets in hand i might be trying to stockpile them or distribute them somehow. I pointed out that given the 7 days we are made to wait to collect our prescriptions I would only have 4 in hand by the time I collected them, to which the member of staff said something to the effect of well I'll talk to your doctor and its up to her to decide. My doctor has already prescribed me this medication, this is my third month taking it and i just needed to order my prescription, it was not that complicated. I have a difficult work schedule and can be forgetful as well so having 4 possible days to collect my meds next week would be very useful. The dispensary do sort things out for you in the end if you nag them, but you shouldn't have to push as if they are going out of their way to help you. They are members of staff, on the surgery pay roll, not volunteers as you might be led to believe from the way they behave.

Telephoned for an appointment at 11am, and was given an appointment the same morning. Cannot express the high quality of service this practice provides to their patients. From the clinical staff to the reception and dispensary staff. Given the current Covid situation and financial restraints within general practice the service provided is superb. Thank you.
