    After calling them at 8am and explaining my mother was unwell and needed a dr appointment. I explained she was travelling home and I needed an appointment after midday. The woman said no appointments or telephone appointments and suggested I went to an and e! No care, warmth or kindness. Cold and no comparison to my local drs. Shame on them

    This practice is a shame, every time at your appointment you have to wait 1 hour to be seen. Whats the point of booking if i am in the waiting room and i will be seen after an hour or even worse , some of the people are coming after you and will be seen first? Every when i had to book an appointment i was told that i had to call next day as they don’t have availability? Whats my fault as a patient that i was in the queue number 22 and when was my turn they didn’t wanted to offer me an appointment? Whats the point to have a GP in the building if you are going with your child will be seen just by the paramedic? Is so shame that the patients are treated like this, i had to wait with my child for an hour to be seen, not when was my slot booked. If you ask at the reception, they will lie that you will be next but even after an hour you are still in the waiting room? What should we do if we need opinion of a GP? Why if you call with a problem you are booked with a nurse when sometimes we need opinion of a clinician with clinical experience more then a nurse. If you want to book an appointment with your GP is offered next month. Is so disappointing.
