    I needed to be seen fairly urgently but the appointments were booked up, but when I was offered to " walk in and wait" I was only too pleased to accept. The service runs on Monday mornings Between 9am and 10 am. I only had a short wait when I was called in. I explained my problem and showed her the rash on my leg, she was very sympathetic and soon sorted me out with some medication. I was so pleased to have been seen quickly as I was suffering. Thank you for providing this service. Highly recommended.

    Not easy to actually book an appointment to see a Doctor but using Engage Consult usually results in a telephone call and if the doctor feels he/she needs to see you then an appointment is made. They are trialing a walk in clinic to try to help patients see a medical person

    Dear Patient Thank you for providing feedback in the service you have received. Engage Consult is a good forum for patients to use for non urgent queries. Patients are able to book up to a week in advance with their own GP by either telephoning or coming down to the reception as well as booking on the day. Our new service is called 'walk in and wait' and is for conditions that have come about within the last 72 hours. Patients are booked into the hour sessions on a Monday morning and are seen face to face by a clinician.
