C.o.p.d patient Review over the phone. Peak flow test? Spo2 reading? Lung examination? No , no longer important. Question. Have you needed antibiotics in the past year. Answer, Yes, you should have let us know. Laughter. Unable to get through. Unable to get appointments. Antibiotics via 111. Thank god for them.

Obtaining an appointment to see a Doctor in Stone Cross East Sussex, remains impossible. started phoning at 8:30 am, constantly engaged, all appointments gone by 8:45 if you can get through. It is not the Surgery that is at fault, the constant development of housing in the area without infrastructure i.e. New Surgeries etc, will lead to years of suffering for all that seek a Doctors help! To Town planners & NHS, please wake up. In the meantime, please do not be ill!!

I have been trying for a week to get hold of this place but can never get through to make an appointment between the times given I've also tried to ring after going in to get my asthma spray on repeat as I was told to but couldn't get through I went to the surgery today today and it was closed no message sent to say this Now my other surgery was supposed to be rubbish but we was let known of closer and we were also reminded to book health checks

Even if you do phone at 8:30 it is engaged and when you do get through you are in a queue, usually 20+ callers waiting. By 9am all appointments are gone and you are told to phone the next day to try again. Nothing available to book online either. Still only booking telephone triage and difficult to get face to face appointments. The staff are overstretched with too many patients. It is stressful being a patient at this surgery.

I was ordered an endoscopy which hadn't been sent through 3 months later I rang and they had to send it Today I had an email saying I'm not on their system for repeat meds to be told i wasn't permanent well I've been with them for 2 years now and am also waiting for biopsy results don't no there they are This use to be a good surgery all I've had is agro along with my husband who also got told he wasn't on their system it needs a good shake up
