I attended Sulis for my consultation in October 2023 and my surgery in January 2024 and it was the most personalised and caring environment. All the team were very supportive as even from my consultation I was nervous. I felt listened to by my consultant, and was not pressured in any way. The communication since then has been very good, with just the right amount of written and telephone communication. On the day of my procedure, they explained everything along the way (nurses, anaesthetist, assistants, consultants - who were all very helpful) leaving no questions unanswered. I would highly recommend Sulis Bath to any of my friends or family, as even their care after I left the hospital was great. They gave me all the resources I might need afterwards and ways to minimise the pain. Thank you!

I recieved exceptional care and treatment from start to finish at Sulis Hospital as an NHS patient. The surgeon explained carefully and fully my foot operation, he was reassuring, efficient and very professional. The anesthetist had a wonderful manner with patients and answered all my questions to ease my concerns before the procedure. All the nurses and staff at Sulis Hospital were brilliant and looked after me throughout. Thank you! 5 stars from me! I will be recommending Sulis Hospital!

From my 1st visit I have been very impressed. The site is kept well maintained and very clean. The hospital staff In all areas went above and beyond. I was having a back operation and my surgeon was absolutely amazing. He knew how anxious I was before having the operation and how much pain I was in and was very caring and professional with how he dealt with the situation. Unfortunately my operation was cancelled on the day of admission due to the surgeon falling poorly however this did not affect my opinion due to his honesty. I was given a new date the following day! Safe to say 3 days post op this surgeon has already changed my life and got me back on my feet! All the hospital staff in surgery, recovery and the ward were amazing. A big thank you! I have and will continue to recommend this hospital

i drove 70 miles round trip for a five miunte so called consultation. it was a pathetic experience because i was an nhs patient. they are not interested in us and i dont recommend anyone going to this place.
