I have been called for the last week every morning trying to book an appointment but every morning I hear the same thing about there’s no more appointments left for today call back tomorrow at 8am. I don’t understand how if I call at 8 every day and there’s still no appointments. I was told many times that I’d get a call later being told when my appointment is and didn’t receive a call. So I called back and was told to call the next morning. What is the point having a gp when you can never get an appointment it is absolutely ridiculous! My main doctor is always so helpful and nice and during the pandemic it was easier to get an appointment and talk to the gp but now it’s more than impossible to talk to the receptionists when being on hold for so long and still not getting an appointment. I just don’t understand how this gp functions anymore or why no one has changed the way the appointments are dealt with, it is really frustrating to call every morning and hear the same thing.

Dear patient, Thank you for your comment about this Practice. We appreciate your feedback. Appointments can be booked on the phone/online or you can contact us by E-Consult or email us. Few pre-bookable appointments are available online for booking earlier and the remaining are booked on the day; to ensure we meet the urgent needs of patients, ringing on the day. Urgent appointments can be booked online, on the day or by ringing 020 8554 1371. Children & Older people are fast tracked & usually seen the same day or next working day. Others will be given an appointment as soon as possible, depending on their need & urgency. Patients will be triaged to ensure that they are sign-posted correctly & to the appropriate Clinician/ service. We would like to immediately resolve your issue, so it does not recur again. All our Telephone calls are recorded. Please contact the Practice Manager as soon as possible, so this matter can be further investigated & addressed. My experience with the doctor to discuss my medical condition was a positive one. She listened and took my concerns into consideration. Her manner was warm and friendly.
