I have always had very kind and prompt response from everyone involved with the surgery. I have been with the surgery for over 20 years and always received very great support from them ( both to myself and my family). Thank you so much for everything that you do.

Our wonderful Doctor is consistent in her care and highly professional. I have full confidence in her diagnosis and follow up treatment. She is extremely pleasant and always treat me with kindness and in a professional manner. I consider myself very lucky.

We(I, wife and son) registered with Cranbrook Surgery last month(Dec 2023) as we shifted to the Gants Hill area and had an initial health check as well. My wife is 37week 5 days pregnant. Since last month she has been taking Ferrous Sulphate 200mg tablets twice in a day as per midwife prescription. Yesterday the midwife checked her iron level and confirmed that it is low and she needs to continue taking tablets till pregnancy. In our previous GP which was forest GP it was very easy to get the medicine from the pharmacy. Today on 11th Jan 2024 we called Cranbrook surgery to prescribe the tablets to the pharmacy. Initially we were asked to visit the GP with a Maternity file and a medicine prescription. When I reached there I was told to book the appointment with the Doctor and the next available appointment is after 10 days. I am not sure how we can wait for 10 days for an iron tablet prescription when my wife's pregnancy is due in 3 weeks. This is a really bad experience for us. At one side redbridge council runs various programs to support pregnant women and kids' health and on the other side cranbrook surgery is not handling/guiding the pregnant woman properly.

It was an excellent service from the nurse. I am really happy with the service . She explain everything clearly and she is a very pleasant person. She makes me very comfortable and very approachable.

I had an appointment to see the nurse, she patient and explained the various tests. She was empathetic to our needs as well

I took my son for his vaccination The nurse was very helpful and friendly. Made easy for us and did her best make sure my son comfortable.

I went in yesterday after a fortunate only 7 days wait so that I can have psoriasis medication cause my skin is on fire and bleeding and I'm out of it, and the doctors prescribed me my medication told me to pick it up at the farmacy. I went to the pharmacy and it wasn't there. I called the surgery and the receptionist assured me that she will leave a message for the doctor. I tried again this morning and the pharmacy still had nothing but my pain medication, so I called the surgery again and was told no message was left for the doctor so I asked again could you please not forget to leave a message? She told me she will. So I waited until now ,16:50, and went to the pharmacy again and nothing...obviously I called the surgery again and an annoyed voice on the other side of the line told me :the doctors not in and you have nothing prescribed by him! I am crying my eyes out in pain and frustration (who has psoriasis understands) that after all this time I'm without medication for a chronic painful disease and was asked by the doctor at my appointment yesterday: why do you keep going private? And waste your money? This is why! It's embarrassing and outrageous! Keep paying the NHS for this!

Soo far so good I managed to get all appointments one was over the phone and the other one behind the counter at reception all my Requirment is been done easily

I received a phone call from the Surgery concerning a recent change in medication. I was given an appointment to see the Practice nurse the next day @ a convenient time for me. I was seen promptly and all my questions fully answered by the Nurse. I was offered a flu vaccination there, which I accepted readily.
