The recepcionist is rude and has no empathy and listening skills. Back in October I told her I was not able to make a test on a certain date because I was away, and she assumed I was not living in Walthamstow and deregistered me without any explanation. I was shocked as I had no access to my medical records anymore, so I called them and she said I had to register again although I never moved out of Walthamstow. I was appalled with her rudeness and coldness. I have a medical problem and she completely ignored my request. The Doctors in this practise are great professionals, extremely kind and human, unlike the recepcionist. I kindly request my registration back.

The Bailey Practice is built up of families & have been with them quite some time. In saying that, the receptionist is quite rude and have no phone etiquette. Why do I need to explain my personal reasons why I need an appointment. Why do I need to go in depth for you to decide if I should be seen asap or not. I think the Bailey Practice need to reevaluate these steps and change the way they’re going about it. Each time you call she’s giving you an appointment 2wks later or out of hrs contact details. What good are these information going to do. And this is why you get unnecessary patients at A&E because of failure to visit your GP practice.

Fantastic GP doctors are so detailed and clear instructions. Even though they must be busy they take their time and listen. Such brilliant doctors. Thank you for your care

I cannot praise this surgery highly enough. I've always found it easy to get an appointment when needed. The doctors and nurses are very good with the telephone reviews and I've found that we get an appointment either the same day for urgent problems or within a week or so for less urgent problems. The staff are all very kind and empathetic. I've been with this practice for 10 years now and have since registered my children here too, the care is fantastic.

I’m so glad to be signed up with the surgery. The GPs are knowledgable, kind and really listen. They have been hugely helpful to me and my family. I would definitely recommend the Bailey Practice.

I have always been satisfied with the GP care but unfortunately the reception staff are rude, unhelpful and very dismissive which is completely inappropriate for the field in which they work. My newborn baby has had ongoing health problems and it has been a nightmare trying to get prescriptions and appointments for her. The reception staff have no sense of urgency for the care of a new baby which is unacceptable.
